(excuse the bad Excel pun!)
This weekend, I was privileged to attend a virtual Excel conference, hosted by the London Excel Meetup group. Excel experts and enthusiasts from all over the world congregated in a virtual conference centre, with areas for presentations, masterclasses, an exhibition hall, and a meeting area where we could get to know the other attendees. The technology worked pretty much flawlessly and, although I had to miss a number of events on the Saturday, I attended a number of very interesting sessions on Excel’s newest features and exciting add-ons. I was able to see how other people are using the software and spent a good while between sessions meeting some serious Excel superstars and getting to know them.
I have come away from the event energised and buzzing with ideas that I can put into practice, both in training and development.
